Squirt came to visit Uncle Lou, Bubba and Grammy for the weekend and we had a great time! Here are some photos of things we did... Playing at the mall - what a pose! At the water park in Fremont...What a girl...she went underwater lots! Underwater again!    BRRRR....the water is cold Squirt and Bubba! Squirt tried to climb her way across, but got stuck part way through. I tried to go out and help her, but the lifeguard wouldn't let me... :-( Maybe next year she'll be tall enough to make it down the yellow slide. Went to Aksarben Village to see the Confidentials play...we had quite the sleepy one on our hands... But that sleepiness soon went away...as she found a friend to play with. The daughter of some friends of A. Bubba and U. Lou. Playing on the jungle gym! Riding the fire engine with Ernie and Bert. Grammy's car got a flat tire on the interstate. Squirt realized she had to go potty and was pointing one out that was down...

We've made some changes in the house...Here are some new photos! Kitchen! Living room finally has a color! The wallpaper is down...FINALLY! Good work Lou. Now just need to finish prepping the walls and then the paint can go up! The crazy lopsided plum tree. We are trying to clean it up as best we can, though we think it's on its last leg!

Wow, I can't believe it's already nearing the end of July...Surpirsingly we have been busy this summer. Here are some photos to go along with the random things we've done so far! We attempted to attend a College World Series game, but of course with the way our summer has been going we got rained on. Good thing I remembered our Zoo pass. So we were able to sneak into some of the inside exhibits and enjoy the dry indoors - and see some wonderful animals and insects. Here we went into the new Butterfly Pavillion. They really are pretty! Giggles and Bean came to visit Grammy one weekend and fortunately I didn't have to work and didn't have anything else planned so I got to play with the girls also. First we went to the Children's Museum - Clifford was in for a visit too. The girls had a lot of fun playing around "upstairs". After playing with Clifford we went back to my house and had a little fun in the "shade" and water...it was so ...
