Babysitting Weekend
Oh what a weekend we had! Lou and I took another stab at babysitting this weekend...this time it was for Ella (5 months). Grammy had Addison and Livi. Kerry and Tony had to work for the college in Omaha, so they took advantage of staying at the hotel and tried to get some well deserved uniterupted sleep. Ella did great...and so did Lou and I...I think! Ella had a pretty bad cold this weekend (so did Addison and Livi) and had a hard time sleeping on her back in the pack n' play...so Lou and I took turns sleeping on the couch with her. That really seemed to help. We didn't really do much since she wasn't feeling great. Once I remembered to get the bouncy seat from grammy's house, Ella seemed more content playing in that. She loved sitting in the seat or hanging out in Uncle Lou's or Aunt Bubba's arms! Unfortunately I wasn't on my A-Game and forgot to take pictures of the three of us playing, hanging out, and sleeping the weekend away! Maybe another time. S...
Happy 2009
Not much to really post...but just wanted to wish everyone a very HAPPY NEW YEAR We hope that 2009 as wonderful (if not better) than 2008. Though for me right now, that's going to be hard to top...I mean what can be better than getting married?? Oh...and congratulations to the Huskers who won the Gator Bowl yesterday! Beating Clemson 26-21!! GO HUSKERS!!!!
