Sorry I haven't written for a while...There just hasn't been much going on recently to write about! Last night (Monday Feb. 18th) I had a surprise party for Lou. He's hitting a "landmark" birthday tomorrow (Feb. 20) and I wanted to do something nice for him. I contacted as many of his friends that I could and we had a nice gathering at the Brazen Head Irish Pub in Omaha. Unfortunately I was so worried about pulling the whole event off that I forgot to take pictures...Thank you to everyone who made it out! I know Lou really enjoyed himself and was completely surprised...Now he's threatening me about my next "big" birthday. We'll see what he can come up with! Wedding plans are coming along nicely. I don't know of anything MAJOR that we have outstanding. Just a lot of "little" things. Invitations are going out today or tomorrow...my attendants are planning a shower for Lou & I, and we just have to schedule our follow-up appointment...
